About fees
CrypTop is a fully onchain service. Traders will need to pay network fees. The smart-contract is free for the maker, and the taker will be charged 1% of the refund when trade is finished.

How long does it take to finish a trade?
Time is decided by seller and buyer. Maybe 2 hours if they are both online, or some days if one trade need several swaps. The smart-contract has no time limit for trading. But the traders can appeal for their deposit if the trade not finished in 1 month.
Would the administrator transfer the deposit?
The opensource contrat promise that any others even the administrator has no way to touch the money. The administrator can only arbitrate the deposit of those appealed trades.
