About fees
CrypTop is a fully onchain service. Traders will need to pay network fees. The smart-contract is free for the maker, and the taker will be charged 1% of refundable deposit when trade is finished.

How long does it take to finish a trade?
Time is decided by seller and buyer. Maybe 2 hours if they are both online. Or some days if one order need several swaps. The smart-contract has no time limit for trading.
There is no compensation for delayed trades
According to the refundable deposit for both seller and buyer, we suppose that they would not delay a trade. But if you can't take the risk of possibly being delayed for a long time, just don't swap here. Because no other one can withdraw the deposit, there is no compensation for delayed trades.
What can I do if someone delay the swap?
If your trading partner delayed the swap. The only thing you can do here is waiting. Don't worry and be patient. Partner's money is also locked in the contract. This dapp will show all the delayed trades.
